Bit of a minefield this one. We are currently researching not just cost effective companies, but equally important their reliability. If any visitor has experiences of good or bad companies, we would appreciate comments. Naturally we are reluctant to recommend any car hire company without at least some decent research, so bear with us and we will post-up companies by the end of 2004.

However, at last, we have received some recommendations for the Malaga based company Scandia Costarent. Apparently they are very competitively priced and reliable.
